Florida SHOTS™ enrollment is fast, easy, and free! Apply online, and we'll contact you within 3 business days to set up Web-based training. If your office has Internet access, and a current Florida medical license, you can be using Florida SHOTS within the week. Schools and licensed child-care centers can also apply for view-only access to shot records. Get started now.
Parents and children are not required to enroll in Florida SHOTS.
