Full registration for applicants interested in being H1N1 providers is limited to organizations with a current Florida SHOTS account. If you already have a Florida SHOTS account, full registration as an H1N1 provider is now available. Operating System: Windows 2000 Operating System (or above), at least 128MB of RAM
Internet Connection: Faster connections work best. However, dial-up connections can be used for access.

Screen Resolution: 800 x 600 (1024 x 768 if supported)
Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer (Version MSIE 5.5 and above)
Cookies Enabled: Yes
